Outlook 2013 - "Outlook Today" is blank

I use Outlook 2013 (32-bit) as my main email management tool. I have an Office 365 Small Business account as well as two gmail IMAP accounts that I use with Outlook 2013. As of a couple of weeks ago, my Outlook Today view is showing up blank even though I have plenty of tasks and calendar events every day. Does anybody know how to fix this? I've tried most suggested solutions I've been able to find online, including setting up a new profile, but so far no luck.

Hi,

Please check the Outlook Today settings by clicking "Customize Outlook Today":

Make sure all settings are set correctly based on your request.

If the issue persists, maybe the function is damaged in Outlook, please go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features to repair Office then try again.

Repairing the application has not worked for me.  Additionally, offcat, scanpst, deleting outlookww.dll, and creating a new profile have not been able to resolve the issue.

What file has been corrupted?  If necessary, I will have to perform a full uninstallation and reinstall in order to resolve the issue, but I would certainly like to avoid this task if at all possible.

I started having the same issue this morning, uninstalled, cleaned up all the old files, reinstalled, same issue. And I have other users with the same issue as well right now. Any suggestions on next steps?

Is anybody from Microsoft monitoring these boards or troubleshooting this issue?  I was effected by this about 2 weeks ago on my windows 7 laptop.  Since then, I have:

1. Deleted outlookww.dll

2. Recreated Outlook Profile

3. Uninstalled / Re-installed Office 2013.  (Removed directories and Registry Keys as well)

4. Uninstalled / Re-installed Office 2013.  (Removed directories and Registry Keys as well)

5. Uninstalled / Re-installed Office 2013.  (Removed directories and Registry Keys as well)

6. Finally called the help desk within my company and was issued a new laptop with Windows 8.1.

* upon receiving the new laptop, I reconnected my outlook to our company exchange server.

* Everything worked fine for 4 days.  Then this morning everything went blank again.

7. Deleted all my rules and reset all my quick steps to defaults.  Rebooted my laptop, but no change.

MICROSOFT, you are killing my productivity as I have wasted several days trying to figure this out!

PLEASE HELP US !
